Meet Eddie Oquendo

Born in Hoboken and raised between Puerto Rico and New Brunswick, Eddie Oquendo brings a people-first and relationship-driven approach to real estate.

After moving to Puerto Rico at just one year old, Eddie spent his early childhood in Vega Baja, where he attended school until the age of nine before returning to New Jersey. Growing up between different communities and cultures helped shape his appreciation for family, connection, and the importance of finding a place to truly call home.

Before beginning his real estate career, Eddie spent more than 20 years working in the financial services industry, building experience in customer service, workforce planning, business analysis, and business intelligence. Much of his professional background focused on helping teams make better decisions by simplifying complex information and turning data into meaningful insights.

Today, Eddie brings that same mindset into real estate — helping buyers, renters, and families navigate important decisions with clarity, honesty, and patience.

As a dedicated father, Eddie understands how important stability, opportunity, and long-term planning can be for a family’s future. His long-term goals in real estate are rooted in building generational wealth, creating financial freedom, and eventually investing in multifamily and commercial properties throughout New Jersey and Puerto Rico.

Eddie is passionate about helping clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process, especially first-time buyers who may feel overwhelmed or unsure about where to begin. He is also able to assist both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Outside of real estate, Eddie enjoys technology, data visualization, cars, motorcycles, 3D printing, laser engraving, and continuing to build a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through fitness and personal growth.
