This Privacy Policy explains what information Oquendo Property Group collects when you visit oquendopropertygroup.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Oquendo Property Group is the real estate brand of Eddie Oquendo, a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson and REALTOR® affiliated with Signature Realty NJ, 549 Millburn Ave, Short Hills, NJ 07090. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Oquendo Property Group.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (such as the contact form, buyer consultation request, home value request, market update sign-up, or open house sign-in), or when you call, text, or email us, we may collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
A property address (for example, when you request a home value estimate)
Details about your plans, such as timeline, budget range, towns of interest, financing status, preferred language, and the best time to reach you
Anything else you choose to include in a message

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

To respond to your questions and requests, and to provide real estate services
To prepare home value estimates, market updates, and other information you ask for
To follow up with you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry
To send market updates and other emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time)

To keep the Site secure and prevent spam or misuse
To meet legal, licensing, and brokerage record-keeping requirements

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with us. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as HubSpot (forms, contact management, and email), Hostinger (website hosting), and Google (maps, fonts, and website analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Our brokerage, Signature Realty NJ, as needed for supervision, compliance, and record keeping required of real estate licensees.
People involved in your transaction, such as a lender, attorney, home inspector, or title company, but only when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete your transaction.
Legal reasons, when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Site uses:

HubSpot cookies to remember your visits, connect form submissions to your contact record, and measure how visitors use the Site
Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the Site (for example, pages viewed and how you arrived). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Site statistics (Burst Statistics), which counts visits and page views; this data is stored on our own website server
Essential cookies that keep the Site working and secure
Embedded content such as Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site, such as forms, may not work as expected. Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Emails

If you sign up for market updates or contact us, we may send you emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing Eddie@OquendoPropertyGroup.com.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites, such as Plenitud PR, Signature Realty NJ, or Google Maps. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and as long as required by law or our brokerage for real estate records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (https) connection, login protection, and trusted service providers. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have about you
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your information, unless we are required to keep it
Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make a request, email Eddie@OquendoPropertyGroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Children’s privacy

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
